Warranty Coverage
This 10-Year Limited Warranty applies solely to the adhesion (peeling or delamination) of epoxy floor coatings installed by Resin Revive Epoxy Coatings LLC under normal, indoor residential or commercial use.
This Warranty covers:
Peeling, bubbling, or delamination of the epoxy coating from the prepared concrete substrate due to improper installation or product failure.
Warranty Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover and Resin Revive Epoxy Coatings LLC is not responsible for:
- Cracks in the underlying concrete slab or coating.
- Surface damage due to impact, abrasion, gouging, burns, or heavy objects.
- Moisture vapor transmission (MVT) issues from the slab causing damage.
- Stains, discoloration, or UV damage, especially in sun-exposed or outdoor areas.
- Chemical spills, oils, acids, or corrosive agents.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or alteration by others.
- Tire marks, hot tire pickup, or marking from rubber or plastic products.
- Damage from natural disasters, such as flooding, fire, earthquakes, or other Acts of God.
Warranty Conditions
To remain valid, the following conditions must be met:
- The substrate must have been properly prepared and in suitable condition for epoxy application, as assessed by Resin Revive Epoxy Coatings LLC prior to installation.
- The floor must be maintained in accordance with the care guidelines provided at the time of installation.
- Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of the defect becoming apparent.
- Proof of purchase and a copy of this Warranty must be presented with all claims.
- Resin Revive must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the alleged defect before any repair or alteration is attempted by others.
Remedy
If a valid warranty claim is accepted:
Resin Revive Epoxy Coatings LLC will repair or reapply the affected area at no cost to the original purchaser.
The remedy is limited to the affected area only, not the entire floor.
The repair shall not extend or renew the original Warranty period.
Transferability
This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and original installation site.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Resin Revive Epoxy Coatings LLC be liable for:
- Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages (including loss of use or profits).
- Any claims in excess of the original cost of the epoxy floor installation.
- Damages resulting from a failure to comply with maintenance instructions or environmental conditions.
Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes arising shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that state.
Acknowledgment
By accepting this Warranty, the purchaser agrees to the above terms and understands the limitations of coverage.
